In my therapeutic bodywork sessions, I work with the fascia (connective tissue) of the body to release trauma and anxieties we hold in this system.  I sit down and have a chat with each guest so we may connect and feel at ease before we get started! I end my 90 minute sessions with a little bit of sound bath magic (bowls, chimes, etc) to send you into bliss. 

If you are feeling extra tight in the muscles, you workout a lot or need extra rest and a warm hug, begin your session with a 30 minute dry brush massage and warm Infrared Detox wrap add-on ($40) which may provide the following benefits: better sleep, relaxation, detoxification, weight loss, relief from sore muscles, relief from joint pain such as arthritis, improved circulation.
