My passion is helping others improve their quality of life and experience the relief massage brings. I have been drawn to massage all of my life and I believe once our bodies are in alignment and balanced with gravity we can be pain free.
In 2015 I graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy. From there I certified in Structural Integration and the 10 sessions of Ida Rolph. Since then I've worked with many different injuries including sports, prenatal, both pre and post surgery, car accidents, relaxation, and many more. I love being able to customize individual massage sessions to each unique situation and ailment. I enjoy educating and helping people become aware of habits and patterns that are hindering their quality of life and what can be done at home to improve their lives.
I'm a single mom of 4 amazing children. We love the outdoors and anything to do with animals. We've moved all over but are now settled in Delta Junction, Alaska with our 4 dogs and cat. I love my family and I love my clients! I look forward to working with anyone seeking relief!
