Hello and welcome.

I have been a professional massage therapist since 2013.  I have been studying anatomy and working with the body through yoga since 1997.  I am proficient in many massage modalities including, swedish, sports, deep tissue, thai, and more.  Receiving regular massage is the most effective support for overall health and well being.  I continue to study and practice my craft everyday.

Texas Center For Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy Program

Deep Tissue

Uses firm to heavy pressure to provide deep relaxation to the muscles.

Myofascial Release

This technique is based on the work of Ida Rolf, founder of Rolfing technique. Works to correct muscular imbalances in the body that affect posture.

Hot Stone Massage

The heat of the stones helps the muscles release tension more quickly and deeply, enhancing the benefits of a normal massage. This would not be used in Cranial Sacral Therapy, Medical, Thai Massage or Maternity massage

Sports Massage

Great for athletes. Helps prepare the body for athletic activity or recover from it more quickly. Includes targeted massage techniques combined with stretching.

A relaxing and revitalizing modality. Improves circulation of blood and lymph in the body, boosting muscle recovery and lowering stress levels.

Thai Massage

Thai massage is an ancient modality that is performed on the floor with the client fully clothed. It uses a sequences of compressions and gentle stretches that are well designed to correct imbalances in the body and release their deep rooted causes. Thai massage is a very sophisticated modality that has a long and rich history.

Trigger Point Therapy

Focuses on specific areas of disfunction to remove persistent "knots" in the muscles.

A highly efficient method used for addressing specific muscles and areas of dysfunction.

Craniosacral Therapy

A gentle modality that focuses around the head and neck. Uses neuromuscular repatterning techniques to improve proprioception and body awareness. This technique is great for alleviating chronic headaches or TMJ.

I have been a devoted practitioner of yoga for over 25 years. My experience with yoga provides me with the strength and health support needed to stay healthy through the rigorous demands of being a massage therapist. It also provides me with very deep and extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology, which enables me to apply that knowledge directly to my massage work.

Meditation practitioner

I have extensive experience in meditation. I created my own form of meditation, which I talk about extensively in my book and on my website. This is the foundation of my cranial sacral practice.
