I have been a professional massage therapist since 2013. I have been studying anatomy and working with the body through yoga since 1997. I am proficient in many massage modalities including, swedish, sports, deep tissue, thai, and more. Receiving regular massage is the most effective support for overall health and well being. I continue to study and practice my craft everyday.

I have been a devoted practitioner of yoga for over 25 years. My experience with yoga provides me with the strength and health support needed to stay healthy through the rigorous demands of being a massage therapist. It also provides me with very deep and extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology, which enables me to apply that knowledge directly to my massage work.
I have extensive experience in meditation. I created my own form of meditation, which I talk about extensively in my book and on my website. This is the foundation of my cranial sacral practice.
