I am certified in DeepFeet ashiatsu basics & advanced techniques, along with Thai Yoga massage through Coaching the Body Institute out of Evanston, IL. Holding knowledge in RPR (Reflexive Performance Reset), a Reiki Master, and will be learning CranioSacral Therapy coming March of 2020 through the Upledger Institute. 

I believe the body is a complex system and you can never learn too much! When you stop learning, you stop growing.
