Jen Kobrick has more than 9 years of experience using Therapeutic Massage to help you recover from stress and injury, improve your posture and relationship with your body, and prevent future pain and discomfort.

Jen specializes in postural retraining, structural integration, orthopedic and sports massage. She is also certified in Prenatal and Postpartum massage. In addition, she offers visceral manipulation, intraoral massage, trigger point treatment, METs,  and trauma recovery, and draws techniques from Swedish, shiatsu, lomi lomi and cranialsacral. There is no need to book a specific type of massage or bodywork, she will work with you to use the best types of treatment for your needs and goals in each appointment.

In her free time, Jen enjoys ballet, scuba, knitting, travel, and spending time with her husband, dog, and son.
