Goodson LMT was created with military members and first responders in mind. Owner, Jessica Goodson is a veteran that fought her own battle for a few years after coming home injured from the military. After going from doctor to doctor, being put on various pain medications, nothing seemed to alleviate the pain. One doctor gave her a referral for a medical massage and her life hasn't been the same since. Right after getting off the table from that first massage, she felt pain relief immediately...

Goodson LMT was created with military members and first responders in mind. Owner, Jessica Goodson is a veteran that fought her own battle for a few years after coming home injured from the military. After going from doctor to doctor, being put on various pain medications, nothing seemed to alleviate the pain. One doctor gave her a referral for a medical massage and her life hasn't been the same since. Right after getting off the table from that first massage, she felt pain relief immediately in her lower back, completely changing the outlook on her healing process. Realizing the incredible healing powers of massage, she decided to become a massage therapist herself to help service members and first responders live a more pain free lifestyle.

I really loved how before the first session she had me fill out an intake form that asked all the questions about how I like things (like do you like talking during your massage). Took all the awkwardness out of it. She does a great job and easily adjusts when my fickle self changes her mind. Highly recommend.

This was my very first dermaplane. At 52 years old. I seen immediate results. I love how much smoother and softer my skin felt. My husband said he noticed a significant appearance of how radiant my skin looked over my entire face. I am fortunate to not have many blemishes but with some current stress I had a small blemish and it was gone the next morning. I tend to have mild redness and sensitivity and this process may me feel more confident and my overall skin just looked incredibly amazing. Jessica is very talented at knowing skin type and proper products to use. She knew more about my skin than I do. I was so satisfied with the results and I am definitely going to reschedule for regular dermaplane sessions. My skin has never felt or looked so incredible. Sidenote: I received a massage first which I definitely recommend as I was so much more relaxed for the facial session. Her salon just makes you feel so relaxed and at peace and I left feeling wonderful. The free lip balm of my choice was an added plus as well. Schedule your appointment(s) soon!!! I promise you... You will thank me!!!!

Jessica was purely amazing! She was able to relieve my stress, aches and pain. She really took her time to listen and help me as much as she could. I haven’t had many massages in my life but I will gladly come back and become a regular.
