My journey to become a massage therapist started in 2011. I was drawn to become a massage therapist because I wanted to help people in this high anxiety and stressful atmosphere that we live in today. I graduated in 2012 from Seacoast Career School in Manchester NH. Since then I been working in the massage field. I have worked for a few high-end massage spa's in NH. It came to the point where I wanted branch off and work on my own massage practice. This gives me opportunity to help people the way I feel I'm able to help them. My passion with massage therapy is the relaxation/ therapeutic type of massage. Living in a fast-paced society that we do today, people don't give themselves the opportunity to relax until their body starts to hurt. The type of massage I really focus on is Swedish Massage (Relaxation Massage), Pregnancy Massage, Hot Stone Massage and Body Treatments, such as foot scrubs. When I meet a client for the first time we go over what type of pain or issue that they are having. We'll come up with a plan on how to relieve the pain/ issue. My main goal is focusing on the client so they're able go about their life without living in pain.

Asked questions and responded to areas that were troublesome, the experience she has is evident by her results! Thank you an amazing first time ever hot stone massage! I felt so good afterwards and the arthritis pain was relieved, plus I didn’t get my migraine today! Ty ty ty will be back . Spacious rooms, hygienic, relaxing atmosphere, music, comfy bed and blankets!

I have been getting massages regularly with the same therapist for years who knew exactly what was needed. Having moved from NC, I was looking for someone, figuring I would have to try out multiple therapists to find the one that worked for me. As a first time client I would have expected to have to guide a therapist, but Elisha hit it right throughout the massage. She completely understood my body’s responses and adjusted accordingly. Without a doubt one of the best massages I have ever had. No more searching for me. Elisha is my massage therapist!

Hands down, best massage I have had in a long time. Great at holding space, consistent pressure, adjusted techniques as needed and after asking Elisha turned this MT into mindless putty. Perfect way to start vacation!
