Upon going to school at Blue Sky School of Massage Therapy and Bodywork, I was introduced to many modalities of massage and energy work. Since then I have developed an intuitive sense to the needs of those that seek my services.  My hands seem to knowingly go to affected areas needing attention and release from restrictions.  I'm also able to lend knowledge to many life-changing experiences I have been through.  From back surgery to rotator cuff surgery, and related therapies, I can relate to what many are experiencing in life.  

My massage techniques incorporate many modalities including, but not limited to, Swedish Massage, Lomi-Lomi, Cranial Sacral, REIKI, Lymphatic, Shamanic Healing, Deep-Tissue, Geriatric, and many other modalities.  My touch is recognized as healing, nurturing, and respectful.
