Greetings! My name is Tristan, and I'm so glad you're thinking about scheduling a massage with me.
I
attended Everest School of Massage in Vancouver, WA and was licensed in
2010. I was initially drawn to a career in massage because I knew I
wanted to do something that helped others. After seeing many family
members suffering from chronic muscular conditions I knew this was the
path I wanted to pursue. I focus on therapeutic treatment work for muscular disorders. My goal is
to help you get more in touch with your body by helping you pay
attention to pain patterns, posture, and self care. When you come to the
office you will leave having learned a little more information about
yourself.
My
approach to massage is to listen to what the client is telling me about
their experience in their own body, but then also listen to what the
body is telling me and intuitively work with it throughout the session.
I offer relaxation and therapeutic massages, and some of the continuing education classes I have taken are:
- Pre & Peri-natal massage
- Cupping
- Kinesiotaping
- Manual ligament therapy
When I'm not working I'm gardening, geocaching, or working in my hobby business in which I weld and do metal fabrication.

Tristan is great at what she does. Her system keeps everything in order and on time. Her ability to feel the problem areas in your muscles and use the proper techniques to deal with them is impressive. Highly recommend
