Massage is AWESOME!

I graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts in 2014, where my primary study was focused on Traditional Thai massage, Swedish, Deep Tissue/Bodywork and Spa treatments.

My passion for massage stemmed from my own need for relaxation, stress relief, and body work.  I believes that massage not only helps those who have physical pain, but also can be a huge relief for people suffering from stress and anxiety.  My work can be gentle and flowing, light or deep depending on what your needs...

My work can be gentle and flowing, light or deep depending on what your needs are.  I have a very calm, grounded presence that will help you to enter into a relaxed state and allow your body to begin the healing process.

My love of Thai massage started in school and I continue to take continuing education for this type of body work.  I have taken continuing education classes with Nephyr Jacobsen, LMT, founder of the Naga Center in Portland, OR and I plan on continuing to pursue Traditional Thai as my primary focus of study.  (Thai massage is performed on a mat on the floor.  The client wears loose, comfortable clothing such as athletic wear.  Thai massage is known for its stretches, flowing transitions and deep compression work.  The body is compressed, pulled, stretched, rocked and positioned in a variety of yoga-like positions.  The treatment style is slow, deliberate and gentle.  Most people that try Thai massage have found that they really enjoy the feeling of deep relaxation and of being stretched after a session.)

I have also completed studies with the Sound Healing Academy and am a certified sound healer.  Sound therapy can promote relief from chronic pain and migraines, improved sleep, reduction of stress and anxiety, a renewed sense of well-being, happiness and calm and many forms of self healing. It is a very relaxing experience and also can help people to let go of things they may be holding on to or that may be causing energetic blockages in the body.

As a spa priestess myself, I'm discerning about treatments. She exhibits all the sensitivity that I appreciate. I loved the music she played and the use of crystal bowl on my body--wow, yum!
