I am passionate about helping my clients through massage by tailoring their massage to specifically subside pain, stress, and imbalances so they can get back to enjoying life!  I received my diploma of massage therapy from Parker College School of Massage and have been a massage therapist since 2010. The services I offer are Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sport Massage, Prenatal, Trigger Point,  Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Hydrotherapy, TMJ Release, Full Body Stretches, Aroma Therapy, Cupping, Foot Scrub, and Hot Stone. I specialize in Deep Tissue and strive to give100% to all my clients and deliver immediate results through detailed techniques. I service clients from Carrollton, Lewisville, The Colony, Frisco, Little Elm, Plano, Allen,  and surrounding areas.

I am a wife and a mother of 4 boys I love spending time with my family and my hobbies are karaoke, working out, writing poems, quotes, and songs.

Theresa saved my life! Over a year ago I started seeing her in terrible back and neck pain, I had tried physical therapy, chiropractors and even other massage places and nothing was helping. My husband found her online and saw she had helped a lot of people. When I went for the first time she walked me through everything she was doing and I already felt better after the first time I went. She sent me home with stretches and guidelines on what would help me. We had a schedule set up and I haven't stopped going to her since. Theresa is also a kind person and friendly person and you can truly tell she has a passion for what she does! I could not recommend Recuperate and Theresa more!! She is seriously the BEST!!! If you are in pain constantly, she will find the problem and will fix it, it's a process but you will feel better!!
