I am passionate about helping my clients through massage by tailoring their massage to specifically subside pain, stress, and imbalances so they can get back to enjoying life!  I received my diploma of massage therapy from Parker College School of Massage and have been a massage therapist since 2010. The services I offer are Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sport Massage, Prenatal, Trigger Point,  Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Hydrotherapy, TMJ Release, Full Body Stretches, Aroma Therapy, Cupping, Foot Scrub, and Hot Stone. I specialize in Deep Tissue and strive to give100% to all my clients and deliver immediate results through detailed techniques. I service clients from Carrollton, Lewisville, The Colony, Frisco, Little Elm, Plano, Allen,  and surrounding areas.

I am a wife and a mother of 4 boys I love spending time with my family and my hobbies are karaoke, working out, writing poems, quotes, and songs.

Theresa communicated well and consistently made sure with each technique she used that I was comfortable. This ensured the amount of pressure and heat from the hot stone was at comfortable level. During the massage I could feel my muscles relax and my body becoming less tense. I tend to hold a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders and Theresa was able to relax a lot of this tension away. I will definitely book again with Theresa.
