Holistic Bodywork has been an integral part of my life since 2000 & 2001, when I got certified as a Sampoorna Yoga Teacher in Florida with Yogi Hariji and Leela Mataji (www.yogihari.com & leelamata.com) (500hrs).

Besides my master's degree in psychology from the University of Cologne, Germany, I received training in ayurveda and thai yoga massage in Germany. Later I travelled in 2012 to Chiang Mai, Thailand, where I deepened my skills in Thai yoga Massage at the renowned Old Medical Hospital....

My interest in body-mind healing approaches led me to ayurveda, the sister science of yoga.
I received hands-on training in ayurveda, whenever I served at Yogi Hari's and later at Leela Mata's Ashram (www.leelamata.com).
In 2015 I got trained by Dr. Light and Bryan Miller as an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant in San Juan, Puerto Rico and graduated from this program in 2015. I am since then a member of NAMA (National Ayurvedic Medical Association) as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor.
Finally in 2017 I got certified as a Massage Therapist in the State of Indiana.

Since 2006 I've been directing once a year a 4 weeks Intensive Yoga Teacher Training Course at Yoga Vidya one of Europe's largest seminar houses for yoga and spiritual unfoldment and trained over 500 students over the last 10 years. This task involves offering a variety of topics in yoga as yoga psychology, karma, raja, jnana and bhakti yoga and beyond yoga, stress management and introduction to ayurveda. My background as psychologist helped to support the students in personal consultations during this intensive period of time.
