Massage is a necessity not a luxury

My journey started with my own chronic pain.  Constantly in discomfort I wanted to find out for myself what massage could do for me. I answered my question and have been massaging others Since 2012.  I currently am a licensed massage therapist in Arizona and hold a certification as a medical massage therapist (MMP), and am a reiki master.

I've learned that massage is not just a luxury to do for relaxation but its a necessity to keep me and others able to live the life we want which is to: walk without pain, sleep in comfort, and continue to do our hobbies that we love. 
I will continue to learn new modalities that could increase the results for my clients and help them feel there best.

The experience I had during my hour massage with Rosie was very good. She was able to work on the body parts which needed it most and I felt so much better by the time I left. She is knowledgeable and listens to your needs and then acts on them.

This massage was life-changing. Physically and emotionally. Rosie was very knowledgeable and professional. I was having so much pain in my leg and hip that I could hardly walk. When I left there, I felt 50% better and the next day I probably feel 80% better. I slept better than I’ve ever slept before that night. I felt lighter emotionally and physically. I only wish I would’ve gone sooner. This is the beginning of a beautiful journey. I can already tell. Thank you, Rosie.

Rosie was very professional and was thorough with her explanation on my body condition and treated me accordingly. I came out feeling extremely light with weight lifted off my shoulders and neck area. I finally found my masseuse in my area and definitely will return for a 2nd session and beyond!
