That's what I hear again and again. I see what this does to a body, and it isn't a good thing.

I am a re-set button.

I'll get your "old" self back in your body and your mind. I know where to find the kid in you. I know how to remove layers of tension and stress, how to take you from tight to "alright!" and how to get you breathing deeply and openly again.

I still can not get enough of that happy bounce massage can put in someone's step. Most people live with pain. They assume it is part of getting older. Your body has been through so much whether you are 18 or 80. Knots, injury, surgery and basic life can take its toll. Why not see if you are feeling pain you do not really have to? I specialize in neuromuscular (relationship between the muscles and nerves) and deep tissue therapy. I practice in many modalities of healing. If you need to relax, I got your back. I worked in the Spa environment for just over a decade. This has given me experience in many modalities because clients come in with a variety of needs and issues. Many customers have come to me from the very beginning. Some clients have experienced 7+ surgeries and I have worked with them to rehabilitate their bodies. We have also done many charitable functions. We have worked with Child's Hope and the Susan G. Komen Foundation doing free massages and those who walked the race.

I live with chronic lower back pain. I've spent thousands of dollars on all types of therapy, injections laser treatments, Traction. and surgeries. I've recently discovered that massage at "Spirit Within" is offering better relief than any other treatments I've explored. Realizing that massage of the connecting tissue and muscle within my back offer better results in seeking pain relief. I've tried massage before at other places, however Melissa's technique and skills offer outstanding results.

Melissa is an amazing massage therapist! I have been coming to Melissa for almost 20 yrs. If you want a massage therapist that listens to "your needs' then Melissa is your therapist! Melissa is a very meticulous when it comes to her business, very clean, and friendly ,safe environment!

I had a wonderful experience at Spirit Within Massage! Melissa has such a cute and welcoming space right within the local community, which was incredibly convenient being so close to my house. She made me feel comfortable right away and was very personable throughout the entire session. One thing I really loved was that she offered playlist choices, which made the experience feel even more relaxing and personalized. She worked out a lot of therapeutic tension I had in my shoulders and even found areas of stiffness I didn’t realize were bothering me. If you’re looking for someone experienced, professional, and easy to feel comfortable with in the Taylor community, I definitely recommend giving her a try!
