Acupressure

As part of my overall education as a myomassologist, acupressure was taught as a stand alone class. I have also taken continuing education in acupressure and cupping therapy.

Craniosacral Therapy

As part of my education in myomassology, we received training in 5 levels of craniotomy-sacral therapy.

Chair Massage

Since 1997, I have specialized in chair massage as onsite and remote eductator and practitioner. I utilize chair massage for many forms of massage including elderly or immobile patients, spot treating the neck/head/face/shoulders, pregnancy massage, claustrophobic/anxious clients, and post surgical therapies.

Deep Tissue

Alongside Eastern philosophies and therapies, I studied Western therapies and modalities for deep tissue work as part of my core curriculum as a myomassologist. I am adept at both teaching and applying deep tissue techniques.

Myofascial Release

Another technique which was learned during my core curriculum as a myomassologist. Adept at techniques for face and body, trauma release and unwinding.

Neuromuscular

Continuing education for state licensure requirements, state of Florida and taught as part of the A.S. therapeutic massage program in Jacksonville, FL.

Reflexology

One of many traditional Chinese Medicine applications learned as part of core curriculum for myomassology. Continuing education and instruction in both core curriculums in Michigan and Florida.

Shiatsu

Specializing in shiatsu and traditional Chinese medicine applications beginning with core curriculum for myomassologist. Continuing education in Zen Shiatsu and Meridian Sedation Therapy.

Hot Stone Massage

Asian hot stone, Himalayan salt stone, LA hot stone, hot/cold stone therapies.

Sports Massage

Tennis, golf, baseball, football, basketball, runner, swimmer, cyclist, dance, yoga, weight training, hockey, bowling, fishing, and competitive sport/tumble/gymnastics injuries.

Level 1 Nuat Thai Massage, 30 hour program.
