I graduated from Greenville Technical College, with Honors, with a certificate in Massage/Bodywork Therapy.  Deciding to return to school to become a licensed massage and bodywork therapist was one of the best decisions I've ever made.  Starting out, I had no idea of all of the benefits that massage therapy had to offer.  I was aware that massage therapy was used for relaxation purposes, manipulation of the soft tissues and bringing the body back into balance using deep tissue therapy.  I later learned of its many benefits.  Massage Therapy improves quality of life and promotes wellness, not only to the body, but also the mind and spirit.  I strongly believe that the elimination of stress and tension is critical to the improvement and maintenance of overall well-being.  My primary focus as a licensed massage and bodywork therapist is to cause positive change for others suffering from pain and dealing with stress in everyday life.
