I like to focus on each client's needs and use my intuition to guide me in their customized massage.  I feel like I specialize in deep tissue that doesn't have to be painful.  I enjoy giving people relaxing massages as well. We all need therapeutic massages and this can be different for each person.

Trista was very sweet and awesome! In her work space there were no strong smells, very relaxing environment. She asked where my trouble spots were (before and dur I ng apt) she knew right where to apply pressure and where to be a little softer. I feel great today! I would recommend her to anyone!
