Massage therapist with over 10 years experience in the field, specializing in post-injury care, sports-specific bodywork, chronic pain management, and spine and joint pain. Over the years, I have developed a holistic view of the body and the interconnectedness of the various body systems. Continuously learning and curious about the inner workings of the human body, I see every client's specific problem as a challenge to find the root cause, not only treat the symptoms. I adapt every session to the specific needs of the moment; every massage is different. Having been trained in different modalities, I use the tools and knowledge at my disposal to attack a problem, rarely using only one "type" of massage technique. Forever the student, those tools are always expanding!
My focus is to alleviate pain, restore range of motion, and, if possible, eradicate a source of pain altogether.
