Myofascial Release

Neuromuscular

Process of releasing tight areas of the muscle including fascial adhesions and trigger points.

Sports Massage

Full body massage with passive and assisted stretches. Pre/Post event massage.

Swedish

Long, slow, gliding strokes at light to medium pressure. Full body.

Pregnancy

Swedish massage done from the side-lying position. Must be at least 12 weeks along.

Hot Stone Massage

Swedish massage using hot stones.

Medical Massage

This is for those who are looking to eliminate pain in a specific area. It is muscle group specific. This is Not a full body massage. This technique allows you to keep all clothes on. You will need to arrive in loose fitting clothes. A t-shirt and sweatpants or yoga pants work best.

I had a 90-minute massage with Rebecca at Belief and Relief Massage yesterday, and it was honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Becky is truly gifted in her craft. I live out of state, but make an appointment every time I’m in town because she is so intentional and meticulous in her focus on solving the root of the issue. I have been to dozens of massage therapists over the years, and none can quite match the therapeutic relief and pain management she provides.
