I use a variety of techniques tailored to each individual, including deep tissue massage, trigger-point work, sports massage, stretching, myofascial release, IASTM, and manual lymphatic drainage for pre- and post-operative care. While firm pressure is one of my strengths, my priority is always comfort, relaxation, and effective results.

I enjoy working with athletes, office professionals, and clients experiencing chronic pain, as well as those dealing with headaches, plantar fasciitis, and other conditions. By customizing every session, I provide a highly specific massage designed to meet each client’s unique needs and support long-term relief.
