I help women juggling the demands of family and work life, making themselves number 1, maintaining a healthy life style, and liking who they see in the mirror.
Meeting health challenges and clearing obstacles toward wellness on a daily basis are what I do best. I bring my years of project management together with my own healing journey to help clients become their best selves in a self-directed client centric way. As a wellness practitioner I recognize bio-individuality of each client and understand no single program works for everyone.
- As a health and wellness coach my approach is to stand by the side with you as your personal cheer leader letting you take the lead on your wellness journey. I act as the your partner, providing a safe space, to go through a creative thought provoking process that helps to identify the paths needed to reach your goals, empowering you to enhance their holistic well-being.
- As a Natural Food Chef you can learn how to create vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian foods that are filled with flavor while free of refined and artificial sweeteners, dairy, meat, and gluten. Depending where you are located I can provide personal chef services.
- As a Reiki Practitioner/Instructor and Qigong instructor I can show you how to reduce stress, feel relaxed, and have more energy.
MY BACKGROUND
I am a Holistic Wellness Coach, who received training and certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, New York City. I received the certification in 2010. I believe that one’s body is an often underutilized communicator – we need to listen to what our bodies are telling us – go with your gut!
In my youth, I was trained as a visual artist at the School of Visual Arts in New York and the Tyler School of Art in Rome. As an adult, I transformed this creative energy into food alchemy, with delicious food as my new canvas. I became a Certified Nutritional Chef in May 2017 with certification from the Nutritional Therapy Institute, in Denver.
My culinary specialty is transforming cuisines of all sorts into mouthwatering healthy alternatives, including gluten-free, dairy-free, meat-free, sugar-free versions that meet your taste and dietary needs. In this role I act as consultant, chef, and coach, ensuring that your goals with respect to dietary health are met.
I am a Reiki and Qigong Practitioner. I share this energy to reduce stress, bring balance, and promote relaxation to animals and people. I know first hand how the stresses of school, work, family, and life affect one’s health. As a mother of 3 and an executive at a Fortune 500 company, I use diet and Reiki as a means to healthy living and to cope with the stresses of everyday life. I have graduated top of my class from my Massage Therapy program. Due to the COVID19 pandemic licensing exams have been suspended. I hope to be able site for my exam in the summer at which time I can then offer body and energy work to my services.
