Elena Vans Evers, is a  Licensed Massage Therapist, Yoga teacher and Owner of Urban Zen Bodywork. She is a graduate from Florida Career College with her diploma in Massage Therapy. 

Elena specializes in Deep-Tissue massage, Sports massage, Trigger , Prenatal massage , Reiki/ Energy work, Thai-Yoga massage, Ashiatsu massage and Reflexology .The last 15years, Elena helps clients such as professional athletes, clients who sit at desk and clients with chronic pain. She respects each modality as a separate science but likes to incorporate a bit from each method into her sessions with the goal of facilitating symptom relief and enhanced range of motion. In 2010 Elena become a yoga teacher. After seeing the tremendous results yoga gave her, she knew she wanted to share the practice of yoga with other people. She completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training  and she now teaches many style's of yoga. Elena is a firm believer in the inseparable connection between body, mind, and spirit. Her mission and passion is to support each individual to enhance their overall health and well-being.
