After a decade in the impersonal world of IT, I became a massage therapist.  Since my graduation in 2005 I have accumulated a wide variety of techniques that help to bring your body into a state that it can heal itself better and faster.  The most profound education I have received in Manual Lymph drainage that can treat many conditions.  My biggest focus is accelerated healing after surgeries and treating sinusitis.

In my spare time I like to meditate, paddle board and create digital art.

Russell is awesome! I went for a lymphatic drainage massage and it worked well. I felt healthier from the toxins leaving my body in the following days. I usually have horrible cramping pains in my legs and abdomen and since my sessions with Russell I have not had any pain.
