This is the work that I see most effective for people who suffer from chronic pain, fibromyalgia, and who are interested in longer lasting relief, as opposed to the traditional Swedish massage, which has its place, I just feel like if you are spending hard earned money on something, it should last. I will say that 99% of the work I do is customized, very rarely do I perform a simple Deep Tissue or Swedish Massage.
In 2014, I opened my own business because I wanted to spend more time with my son and have more control over my schedule.
I LOVE what I do and don't want to get burnt out, which is where I was headed.
Certifications include Swedish, Deep Tissue/Sports Massage, Oncology massage, Myofascial release, and Trigger Point work.
I encourage you to ask me questions about anatomy, corrective exercises, or even which type of massage is best for you.
It's always a work in progress and I'm thrilled to say that the learning is required which makes me better, no one has a one size fits all lifestyle.
