My education started in 2009 in Charlotte NC at the Southeastern School of Neuromuscular Therapy; after getting my license, my experience began in different environments that include both spa and chiropractic where I was able to use trigger point work and other medical treatments to help clients. This is the work that I see most effective for people who suffer from chronic pain, fibromyalgia, and who are interested in longer lasting relief, as opposed to the traditional Swedish massage, which has its place, I just feel like if you are spending hard earned money on something, it should last. I will say that 99% of the work I do is customized, very rarely do I perform a simple Deep Tissue or Swedish Massage.

In 2014, I opened my own business because I wanted to spend more time with my son and have more control over my schedule.
I LOVE what I do and don't want to get burnt out, which is where I was headed.

Certifications include Swedish, Deep Tissue/Sports Massage, Oncology massage, Myofascial release, and Trigger Point work.

I encourage you to ask me questions about anatomy, corrective exercises, or even which type of massage is best for you.
It's always a work in progress and I'm thrilled to say that the learning is required which makes me better, no one has a one size fits all lifestyle.

Lori does a great massage. Thanks.

Lori was super professional. The pressure she used was perfect to be able to really dive into tight muscles that I have in back due to a recent injury. Lori did not talk during the massage other than to ask me if the pressure was ok which was much appreciated since my massage time is my time to clear my head and relax. Definitely will be returning!

I have been experiencing extreme pain in my shoulder, neck, jaw, and head. At this point, I also sense a popping/cracking in my neck. Lori's knowledge and technique have provided so much relief. Moreover, she has given me stretching exercises to do in between sessions. After 2 sessions, I can honestly say I am on the road to recovery.

Lori is great! She focuses on the muscles that need attention, she is intuitive about your limits and a great massage therapist. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good deep tissue reset on the regular.

Lori is absolutely amazing at what she does. She knows the body and what it needs. I utilized her services preparing for and now recovering from a 24 hour trail race in the mountains and she helped me keep my muscles preforming throughout the training and after. I highly recommend her!
