I am a massage therapist and hypnotherapist dedicated to helping others find balance, ease and inner calm. 

I graduated from Boulder College of Massage Therapy in 2004 and have spent years practicing in both clinical and private settings. My hospital work included massage in the maternity ward, pre/post surgical care and physical therapy units. This is where I witnessed the incredible connection between the mind, body, and healing process.

My journey into hypnosis began with a fascination for how the mind can support pain relief, and physical healing. Over time, that curiosity deepened into an exploration of soul-centered work that reaches beyond the physical to nurture emotional and spiritual well-being.

Through both massage and hypnosis I’ve honed my intuitive awareness, allowing each session to unfold as a unique guided experience for every client 

Today my practice is a blend of clinical knowledge and soulful intuition-grounded, compassionate, and centered on helping you reconnect to your natural wisdom and peace within.
