I graduated from Boulder College of Massage Therapy in 2004. After school I worked at a local hospital and was the lead massage therapist working with patients in ICU, Med/Surg, Pre Op, and New Life. In addition to that I worked in the Physical Therapy department where I would work with people that had chronic pain, joint replacements and anyone who needed general relaxation.

My husband and I decided to pursue our dreams and make the move to Washington in 2012. Since I have been in Washington I have worked on many people in need of pain reduction, general relaxation or help in reducing anxiety and depression.

What I love about massage is helping people feel good, helping people to take time to be conscious of the body as a whole and helping people feel a little less anxious in this fast paced world. My work has brought many different people and bodies on my table. I have experience in neuromuscular/injury treatment, prenatal/postpartum, intraoral and relaxation where I provide massage at my private practice in Tacoma.

Just get a massage from Varity. You'll get it. It's just amazing. It's a body reset that the mind follows. I'm always in a far better place as I'm leaving than when I walked in. Varity is incredible. Betwee her and my chiropractor Ive got my full mobility back. I love the ambiance of the room. It took me a bit to get now that I'm comfortable with the narrow steep stairs.
