Jade Deiders has been providing massage and bodywork services since 2006 and is currently licensed in Washington and Oregon. Her background is primarily in sports massage and injury treatment. She worked for several years in a busy physical therapy office and has taken numerous continuing education courses. She is certified in Fascial Movement Taping and has additional training in structural relief therapy, anatomy & physiology, trigger point therapy, sports massage, headache treatment, bodyrocks massage, aromatherapy, yoga and therapeutic exercises. 

Having been a migraine sufferer since adolescence she knows how headaches can affect peoples lives.  After making some lifestyle changes Jade has been migraine free for over a year. Because Jade has first hand experience with headaches she has a passion for helping others who are affected by them.  Although she knows not all headaches a 100% curable she believes that you can greatly reduce the frequency and intensity of your headaches.

She finds the human body and its ability to heal fascinating and enjoys helping facilitate its natural healing processes through massage & bodywork techniques. She is aware that there is no one size fits all when it comes to an individuals wellness and enjoys helping you find what works. 

Jade grew up in The Gorge and recently made Trout Lake, WA home with her husband Pete, daughter Iris and son Dylan. She enjoys being outdoors and active. She hikes, bikes, x-country skis and snowboards. She also loves things that remind her of a simpler time so you are equally likely to find her in the garden, curled up with a good book or knitting.
