Karen is an intuitive worker that specializes in John F Barnes Myofascial Release Therapy, Advanced Chakra Balanicng, Deep Tissue Massage, and Reiki. She also has additional studies in Lomi Lomi, Hot Stone, Pregnancy, Thai Massage, Thai Foot Reflexology, Trigger Point, and Sports Massage.    


Although it took many years to find her true calling in life, she has no regrets with the path she walked.  She wouldn't be the therapist she is today if it had not been for her first career in Social Wo...

Although it took many years to find her true calling in life, she has no regrets with the path she walked.  She wouldn't be the therapist she is today if it had not been for her first career in Social Work.  Those years of dedicating herself to mental health provides her with valuable empathy and listening skills.  Massage therapy isn't just muscles...it's the ability to connect the Mind, Body, & Spirit for healing.

You will often here her say "Change is inevitable, Growth is optional".  These are words she lives by and takes every opportunity to enhance her skills through Continuing Education.  Her massage focus shifted to John F Barnes Myofascial Release Therapy in 2017.  Her clients are having decreased symptoms with longer lasting results between sessions.  She will contiue to attend MFR seminars until she has reached Expert level.
