As someone who has personally struggled with severe anxiety and back pain, Jeremy found refuge in the world of fitness and holistic health. With daily exercise and relaxation practices, he discovered a passion and desire to help others find relief through the healing power of therapeutic massage. After graduating from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in December 2014, he has provided therapeutic massage in team based environments such as chiropractic offices and wholistic healing centers. In addition, Jeremy obtained his certification in Personal Training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as a certification in Yoga Instruction and Somatic Breathwork. 

Utilizing an integrated approach with modalities such as: Swedish (relaxation massage), Deep Tissue, Reiki, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports and Orthopedic massage, he has aided clients with chronic pain and injuries related to motor vehicle accidents and daily activity.  He is dedicated to reducing stress, easing tension and restoring balance to the body while assisting everyone in a calm, compassionate and professional manner.  In his spare time, Jeremy likes to explore movement, nature, meditation, and spend time with his loved ones.
