I’ve been to Trinity Massage several times, but the way I was treated today was unacceptable. Not only was today’s booking messed up, but three of my other appointments (made separately) were also lost. At that point, it’s hard to believe this is just a confirmation error. When I asked for proof, Angela was extremely aggressive instead of professional. To make matters worse, another client was in the lobby at the same time that had just experienced the exact same situation with her.
What was said to me was completely inappropriate. I was told I didn’t need to book with her, that her life was in shambles, and that she was living in a tent. That is not something a paying client should ever be told when simply trying to receive a service.
I’ve always tipped well and supported this business, but after being disregarded and disrespected this way, the best thing I can do is no longer be a client. I also worry about anyone else she may be working on with the kind of energy she approached me with today. I will be bringing this matter to the attention of both the building director and the state board.
