I have been dealing with constant body aches. Carol heard my pains and really worked every muscle. Even the ones I didn't know were affected. I left feeling like a burden had been lifted from my shoulders (if you've had neck and shoulder pain you know what I'm talking about). I woke up this morning in less pain than I've experienced in a very long time. I already made my next appointment. Don't hesitate to do something for yourself, especially if it can help this much.

Very thorough in understanding my physical and surgical history prior to first massage. Also took time to develop a realistic plan to help me. Felt much better after 1st massage. Can't wait to see how second massage helps.

Carol is wonderful and gives a wonderful medical massage. She is very professional and can magically work out all the knots. I prefer a deep tissue massage, and she's the best at it. She works with each client personally and never makes you feel rushed or hurried. She's the only massage therapist I would recommend in the Golden Isles.
