I am an Illinois licensed and nationally certified massage therapist and bodyworker. I trained at The Body Therapy Center and School of Massage through Southwestern Illinois College in 2010-2011. Upon graduation, I began my career as a massage therapist working for The Body Therapy Center as a student clinic supervisor. I also began building my independent practice. I currently supervise and instruct at The Body Therapy Center and continue practicing massage therapy independently.

The goal of my practice is to provide mindful and intuitive bodywork in a grounded and balanced environment to help facilitate the health and well-being of my clients. I am honored to be a massage therapist and bodyworker. I do what I do because I believe in the healing power of touch therapy.

I am always challenging myself to expand my knowledge and learn something new. I am currently studying aromatherapy and horticulture. I am also training in cardioceptive crainosacral therapy under Dr. Michael Shea, PhD.. I also dabble in gardening and soap making.
