Danielle has dedicated her life to supporting others on their path to wellness, embodiment, and inner peace. With a deep belief in the body’s innate ability to heal, she offers a nurturing blend of massage therapy, Reiki energy healing, and meditation to help women (and men) reconnect with their body, mind, and spirit. Her journey began over two decades ago with a passion for the healing arts and a commitment to holding space for transformation. Danielle’s approach is intuitive and grounded—gently guiding each client back to their own center of balance. Whether through the soothing rhythm of bodywork, the subtle power of Reiki, or the stillness found in meditation, her sessions are an invitation to slow down, release, and return home to yourself. In every session, Danielle creates a calm, safe environment where your nervous system can relax and your natural healing process can unfold. Clients often describe her presence as deeply calming, compassionate, and steady—offering not just physical relief, but emotional clarity and spiritual renewal. When she’s not in session, Danielle enjoys movement, time in nature, kayaking, being with her family, reading, and continuing to study the many pathways of mind-body-spirit integration.
At just 25, she co-founded Creative Clay, a nonprofit organization in St. Petersburg that uses the transformative power of the arts to support individuals with developmental, physical, and emotional challenges. Moved by the deep impact of teaching yoga, meditation, and relaxation techniques within this community, Danielle became a certified yoga instructor in 2004 after completing her 200-hour training. She has been teaching ever since.
In 2018, she advanced her practice with an additional 300-hour yoga teacher training at the Asheville Yoga Center. Since then, Danielle has continued to evolve her holistic approach to wellness, integrating a range of complementary healing modalities that honor the connection between mind, body, and spirit
Massage:
In 2010, Danielle graduated from the Asheville School of Massage and Therapy, further expanding her commitment to holistic healing. As a licensed massage therapist, she skillfully integrates a range of techniques, including myofascial release, cupping, Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, and trigger point therapy. Danielle takes great care in customizing each session to meet the unique needs of her clients, firmly believing that massage therapy is an essential component of physical, emotional, and energetic well-being.
Ayurveda and Meditation:
In 2008, Danielle earned her certification as an Ayurvedic Health Educator from the California College of Ayurveda, where she studied under Dr. Marc Halpern, a globally respected Doctor of Ayurveda and the college’s founder. This certification enables her to educate individuals and communities on how to incorporate Ayurvedic wisdom into everyday life. She also earned a certificate as an Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist, blending Ayurvedic principles with the physical and energetic practices of yoga.
Danielle works one-on-one with clients, integrating Ayurvedic lifestyle guidance with yoga postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), and relaxation techniques to support holistic healing. To deepen her knowledge, she continued her studies with renowned Ayurvedic teachers Dr. Light Miller and Dr. Paul Dugliss. In May 2016, she completed her second level of Ayurvedic training as an Ayurvedic Practitioner under Dr. Dugliss, accumulating over 1,800 hours of training. Additionally, she completed her certification in Heart-Based Meditation through Dr. Dugliss’ program, expanding her ability to support mental and emotional well-being through meditative practices.
Aromatherapy:
"Danielle has deepened her expertise in aromatherapy through studies with David Crow, a renowned master herbalist, aromatherapist, and Ayurvedic scholar. She skillfully uses essential oils to promote harmony of mind, body, and spirit, witnessing their powerful benefits in her clients’ lives. Passionate about the art of blending, Danielle crafts her own essential oil creations and has launched a thoughtfully curated small-batch product line under the name Sangita Ayurvedics.
Energy Work/Reiki:
"Since 2018, Danielle has been deepening her practice in bodywork through the study of Reiki. She is now a certified Reiki Practitioner and Master, bringing a compassionate and intuitive approach to her healing work. In addition to her wellness practice, Danielle is a published author who has contributed to two Amazon bestselling books—Activate Your Life and the RE-Activate Your Life series—highlighting the voices of women in the nonprofit sector. Her writing has also appeared in Blue Ridge Outdoors Magazine, where she shares her passion for nature and holistic living."
"In healing yourself, you become a light for others—each step inward echoing outward into collective healing."
