I attended Cortiva Institute in Watertown, MA for massage therapy.  I have been licensed and insured since 2011.  I have been certified in Prenatal, Perinatal and Labor Massage since 2012.  I am also a certified Infant Massage Educator through Infant Massage USA, the Gold Standard of Infant Massage Education.

I became interested in bodywork and pursued it as a profession because I always worked in jobs that helped people - Autistic children, Adults with Alzheimer's, Brain Injuries, and Parkins...

My newest modality I have introduced is Manual Lymphatic Drainage.  I completed my certification in 2025 at the Ganesha Institute.  I am thrilled to introduce this to my clients because it is so beneficial to your body, immune system, skin, etc. - and its so relaxing!

Certification Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Earned in 2025, this can safely and effectively treat post-op, lymphedema, pregnancy, plus more. The certification takes 48 hours of class, hands on, and testing. Ganesha Institute, Longmeadow, MA.

Very knowledgeable in her profession. I needed deep tissue but have some injuries I'm dealing with so we discussed that and she adjusted to medium pressure where needed. We communicated throughout the session for a very effective session. Also very personable and professional. Highly recommend
