I had an amazing massage today with Christine. I came in dealing with lower back and hip pain and was feeling very stiff overall. By the end of the session, I noticed a huge improvement. My muscles felt significantly more relaxed, my joints were much less stiff, and I was able to bend and move with ease again. Christine was attentive, professional, and really seemed to understand exactly where I needed the most work. You can tell she truly cares about helping her clients feel better. I highly recommend her to anyone dealing with pain, tension, or just needing to unwind. I will definitely be back
