I'm new to Arizona and this was my first time with Corey at Vital Kneads. I just had him do what he felt I needed and all I can say is that I left there feeling great. It is several days later now and I can still feel the improvement in how my body feels from how it felt before my visit.

Corey is amazing. I had a few ‘knots’ & sore spots he was able to help me with immensely. He’s very knowledgeable, skillful & professional. He’ll work with what you need/want to achieve. If you want anything softer, harder, anything, just talk to him so you receive what will work best for you. I struggle with insomnia, but slept so well afterwards. I feel completely renewed. It was my 1st visit & I will definitely be back. Oh & I had a question before appt, left phone message & he returned my call quickly. Highly recommend!
