Specific areas targeted were coached with tandem deep breathing throughout session. My inquiry for aftercare to alleviate muscle pain was met with his knowledge and experience with the body's ability to recover quickly. Very caring and compassionate personal care.

Keimonte's skill is obvious from start to finish - He made me feel comfortable and at ease. His deep tissue technique was very good and he was able to get some of the 'knots' out of my muscle system. He was professional at all times, and gave clear and understandable instructions, and asked pointed questions as to where I needed more of his attention. He let me decide how the massage was to be conducted, whether deep tissue or lighter touch. Overall a great experience. I am scheduled for another massage soon.
