I have extensive studies in Reflexology. This healing art dates hundreds of years back and is great for full body detox. By applying deep pressure on the points that relate to your body systems including your organs, endocrine system, skeletal, muscular and digestive system, the meridians are stimulated to increase blood and oxygen to the particular points and flush toxins out. It's also good for targeting particular areas of distress.

Patrice is sweet and friendly. She massages deeper than I expected. I was more sore after the massage. She worked under my left arm in an effort to help my shoulder. Unfortunately whatever she did caused my left hand to hurt a lot. I was able to release some of the pain, but 2+ days later and it still bothers me. I appreciate everything she did, it's just not right for me. I will be continuing the search for a therapist that's right for me
