I'm extremely passionate about helping people manage and improve their anxiety, depression, PTSD and sleep disorders utilizing my unique massage applications. When I'm not massaging I enjoy training and running marathons as well as practicing yoga. As a very active person myself, I love to help people maintain an active lifestyle without discomfort from aches and pains.
