Laura's focus is to help her clients by decreasing pain, increasing range of motion lost to injury or chronic holding patterns and inspiring relaxation. Each massage is tailored toward client needs by addressing specific aches and pains. Her advanced skills in Ashiatsu and in Myofascial release are what supports her approach to deep therapeutic massage. Laura has been working full time as a licensed massage therapist since 2007 and has been performing Ashiatsu since 2009. She has experience working in a doctor’s office, (D.O.) as well as with several chiropractors. Laura also has extensive experience working with athletes such as runners and mountain bikers. She has been the head of several massage teams at many mountain biking events including Mountain Bike Oregon and the Cascade Creampuff 100.
Laura loves the outdoors. She is a skier, hiker, mountain biker, equestrian, and she also loves pilates and lifting weights. Since moving back to Central Oregon in the Spring of 2016, she has also found the love of water sports Central Oregon has to offer. She is an active member of the Camp Sherman Search and Rescue Team. When she not massaging or enjoying the outdoors, Laura can be found in her art studio creating works with metals and enamels.

This was my first massage with Laura. I know Karen searched long and hard to find just the right person to compliment her practice. Laura definitely hits the mark. Karen is a tough act to follow and Laura did a great job keeping up. I was treated well, greeted warmly and given a great massage. Nice footwork kid!
