I have had a long career with non-profit social services in disease management. Clients with needs not able to be handled by the traditional healthcare system were always a priority. Therefore, 25 years of research into effective alternative and complementary modalities has led me to where I am today.

I have 250 hours in Ayurveda from the American Institute of Vedic Studies and a PhD in Complementary and Alternative Healthcare from Westbrook University, specializing in psycho-spiritual causes and solutions to illness.

I have taught Yoga classes for the last 21 years in my own combined style of Hatha, Svaroopa and Kundalini.

I specialize in Ayurvedic assessment and life-style choice (limited pancha karma), Holistic consultation and health coaching, including meditation. My approach is effective for range of motion, muscle tone and fitness, diet and hygeine care, including general health, sinus and digestive issues. These conditions often overlap with mental and spiritual wellness.

I provide health consultation and yoga classes in Sunbury PA at Radiance Holistic Health & Academy

While health is my profession, my passion is music. I am an avid singer and instrumentalist, and use music in special ways to help my clients.
