Pamela’s journey into massage therapy began more than 24 years ago at Rainstar University. Although life led her to step away from her practice for a period of time, her passion for helping others heal never faded. In 2015, she returned to school with renewed purpose and earned her Associate of Applied Science Degree in Therapeutic Massage from Phoenix College in 2016.
Pamela began her journey in massage therapy more than 24 years ago at Rainstar University. After pausing her career to focus on other priorities, she returned to the field in 2015 with renewed dedication. In 2016, she earned her Associate of Applied Science Degree in Therapeutic Massage from Phoenix College.
Committed to expanding her knowledge in the healing arts, Pamela obtained her Level II Reiki certification in 2017 and became certified to teach Meditation for Stress Management in 2019.
As a former collegiate athlete, Pamela has intentionally pursued advanced training that supports active individuals and performance-focused clients. In 2020, she earned her certification in Sports Massage through the AMTA/NCBTMB, along with certifications in Corrective Exercise and Nutrition through NASM.
Pamela has also completed specialized training in Oncology Massage and is a member of S4OM, reflecting her commitment to providing safe, knowledgeable care for clients navigating cancer treatment and recovery.
Through Monzingo Bodyworks, Pamela’s vision is to create a space where clients can nurture both mind and body, supporting overall health, balance, and well-being.

Teaching Meditation for Stress Reduction
I help clients find relief from pain, whether it’s area-specific discomfort or recovery after an automobile accident or sports injury. Using a customized blend of Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and facilitated stretching, I focus on restoring comfort, mobility, and function. I also provide specialized Oncology massage, offering gentle, informed care to support clients who have experienced cancer.
