Today is a great day for a massage.

Pamela started her journey in massage therapy over 18 years ago at Rainstar University.  Unfortunately she had to put her massage career on hold until 2015.  She went back to school and received her Associates of Applied Science Degree in Therapeutic Massage from Phoenix College in 2016.

Wanting to expand her education in the healing arts she earned her Level II Reiki certification in 2017 and became certified to teach Meditation for Stress Management in 2019.

As a former college athlete Pamela has focused her education in areas that are beneficial to that demographic.  In 2020 she received her certification in Sports Massage from  AMTA/NCBTMB, her Corrective Exercise and Nutrition from NASM.


Pamela is continuing her education to receive her certification in Orthopedic Massage from the Academy of Clinical Massage.  She is also working on her Weight Loss Specialist certification from NASM.

She wants Siostra Healing Arts to be a place where one can work on mind and body to achieve overall health.

Easy to book and the best part is the consistency offered. I need deep tissue work. I've belonged to many massage clubs in the past and getting a consistent therapist was a nightmare. Siostra Healing Arts Center is a great option if you live in the growing north Peoria/ Vistancia / Sun City West area.

Very attentive to what I needed, always checked to make sure the pressure was correct while giving my massage. She also explained the various muscles that were tighter and how they contributed to my sore shoulder and hip.

I do not treat myself enough, but it was worth it to give Siostra a try. Pam is professional and gave me one of the best massages I have had. I am a runner and she helped some of my aches to subside. I also tried Reiko and though I was skeptical, it did help and I felt better after our session. I look forward to another massage or reiki session with Pam!
