I have been helping people with their health for over 25 years. 13 years as a back office medical assistant working closely with physicians and for the last 15 years as a massage therapist. I worked in the oncology and lymphatic fields for over 7 years. I have treated thousands of patients working with an integrative rehabilitation department and have collaborated closely with rehab therapists, surgeons and oncology staff not only as a Licensed Massage Therapist but also as a Certified Lymphatic Therapist (The Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy 2013.) I have been responsible for treating and educating my patients and their caregivers about Lymphedema as well as educating onboarding nursing staff.. I have found my passion in helping people with their healing journey, be it body, mind or spirit as I feel that all three are intrinsically entwined. I have developed a wide array of massage techniques that I draw from to create a treatment session that is created individually for each client I treat. My mission is to help people help themselves. To assist people to take charge of their health and their lives. To educate and heal.
