I want to expand the view of massage as not a luxury but a need that needs to be met.

Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage practitioner training in May of 2017. Hawaii is a large part of my history and I was grateful to be able to learn the ancient practice of the Hawaiian Massage Lomi Lomi. With its intentional strokes and loving prayer it is a good fit for me. I love adding the techniques to my sessions.

If you’re looking for a cookie-cutter, every client gets the same massage type place… this is not for you. Elizabeth is a miracle worker! She knows each and every one of her clients personally and targets areas you truly need worked on. I leave feeling refreshed every single time. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Elizabeth is very knowledgeable and helpful in addressing the areas of need due to stress, discomfort, over-exertion, etc. I have been using Elizabeth's services for over 8 years on a monthly/bi-weekly basis, as needed. Massage therapy is part of the regimen I use for my overall health: diet, exercise, massage. I utilize the 90-minute deep tissue massage and adjust the areas of focus as needed: full body or upper body only. Elizabeth always inquires as to how I am feeling, what is needing to be addressed and the session is adjusted accordingly. I am confident in the care I will receive in Elizabeth's skilled hands! p.s. four other members of my family use Elizabeth's services as well.
