I left 16yrs of retail to go into the world of Massage and Self Care. I started massage school in 2009 and it has been life changing journey. After massage school I performed swedish relax and simple therapeutic techniques for two years. During this time my body became more in pain with each day (especially my left side and SI joint/hip area).

In 2012 I entered the Structural Energetic Therapy (SET) School in Lutz FL. (Now certified in SET) With every session we learned and performed on each other my body was changing for the better (It was moving my body into balance). I have been trained in the physical and emotional holding of the body with this technique. What sold me on this technique was that I didn't, and still haven't, fallen back into my old painful pattern. This techniques contains; Cranial tissue releases (Cranial Structural Core Distortion Release), Protocols for the muscle tissue, and Breath Sessions (EERT) for releasing emotional holding.

At the present time I am learning about Visceral Massage (organs that have restrictions), Theta Healing, Access Consciousness, Essential Oils, VibroAcoustic Lounger, FAR Infrared Saunas, and one weekend a month I assist new students at the SET school. Just to let you know, I always try out a new modality on myself before I offer it you!  

   Oh! and certified in Kinesio Tapping Technique, this helps with fluid drainage, strains, joint tension, sprains, muscles spasms and week muscles (it helped my husbands broken toe heal faster with less pain!) and more.
