Experience the most effective and most natural way to free yourself from stress, anxiety and pain. Allow your body to release all tension and let your nervous system reboot. Our Float Therapy Suite consists of a pool with roughly two feet of water with 1,000 pounds of  Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom salt.) The density of the salt water puts the floater in an environment where approximately 80% of the gravity we usually feel is no longer affecting your body. This allows your body to decompress especially throughout the joints and the spinal column.

Magnesium is a critical element to many functions of the body; supports strong bones, aids in enzyme production and is necessary for insulin production. Studies show that cancer, Type 2 diabetes, stroke and heart disease are all linked to low magnesium levels. One of the best ways to absorb magnesium is through your skin.
The clinical term for float therapy is R.E.S.T., Restricted Environmental Stimulation Therapy.
Many diseases are linked with stress, so floating can help reduce both physical and emotional pain. Studies have shown therapeutic benefit for people suffering from anxiety and mood disorders, P.T.S.D., addiction, arthritis, scoliosis, fibromyalgia, fertility issues, TMJ syndrome, hypertension, ulcers, migraine or tension headaches, asthma and insomnia. One hour of float therapy is equivalent to 4 hours of deep sleep. It is also great for athletic training, injuries, pregnancy and to strengthen the immune system.
Each session will activate your metabolism, drastically decrease cortisol levels and can help you lose weight even after your session is over. Cortisol is a stress hormone that causes an increase in fat retention.
Float therapy was invented by a brilliant man named John C. Lily who was also an American Physician.

Tried the 3 day dry sauna series. It was great! Forced me to take some much needed down time to just stop and think and get much needed gentle effective detoxing at the same time. The spa treatments really can be effective to help overall health. My skin feels absolutely amazing after the treatments. I have tried several options for detox. I felt energetic and had clear thinking through this detox process. I recommend the sauna for sure!!
