With over 2000 plus hours of practical, clinical training, continuing education and her in-depth knowledge in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology and biomechanics, Satnam’s purpose is to make each session relaxing yet effective to relieve any pain, stress or tension. Additionally, her approach is to educate each client on the possible causes of their aches & pains and suggest lifestyle modifications to prevent or alleviate structure and movement impediments.
Satnam incorporates the Graston Technique in modalities to help improve movements in the joints and muscles by breaking down scar tissue & connective tissue. This practice of using a Rockblade to apply pressure and “scrape” the skin is to relieve tension and pain in areas of need such as back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome and tendon strains.
