In 1987 Debra completed her Holistic Health Practitioner’s training from the International Professional School of Bodywork (IPSB) in San Diego, CA. Concurrently, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University for Humanistic Studies in Del Mar, CA studying the psyche and its’ relationship to the body. Debra holds a national massage certification from NCBTMB, and is a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (abmp) of which continued education is required for membership.
Debra blends a variety of modalities to customize each session in which she facilitates with sensitivity, skill, and intuition while respecting the individual’s pain tolerance, the body-minds timing for releasing, and it's contribution of self healing. Her modalities include Craniosacral therapy, Rhythic Deep Tissue Sculpting, acupressure, Swedish, Reiki, and others. Quality of presence and touch are the essence that deliver her modalities for each customized session.
In addition to Bodywork, Debra publishes articles on body-mind topics, and has authored: In Good Hands: A Guide to Seeking and Receiving Massage. She teaches self-care classes; qigong and other topics related to well-being, transformation, and empowerment.

Craniosacral Therapy
Practicing in the field of bodywork since 1987, my involvement includes bodywork, teaching wellness classes, and publishing related articles, as well as authoring, In Good Hands: A Guide to Seeking and Receiving Massage. Though I specialize in Craniosacral therapy, my repertoire includes: Rhythmic Deep Tissue Sculpting, Acupressure, myo-fascial release, Reiki and more. My work is delivered with quality of touch and presence with every client. Each modality can stand alone, or be combined. I hold a National Certification with National Certification for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB), and I am a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (abmp), of which continued education is required. I am interested in growing my knowledge by working with each client, particularly those clients who have not had results elsewhere. I work with all ages, and numerous conditions such as: PTSD and other anxiety conditions, TMD, migraines, and other head and jaw issues, Parkinsons, Multiple Sclerosis and other conditions involving the nervous system, chronic tension and pain in general. It is satisfying work to see progress, relief, and hope in peoples lives. Most importantly, I believe all conditions have the potential for positive change, and have witnessed it many times.
