My name is Landon Hall, and I'm a massage therapist. I got into massage, because I enjoy helping people not only feel good, but feel better. Growing up, my mother always took us to alternative health specialists, and I guess it just stuck with me. 

The main reason I chose massage therapy, is because it's beneficial to multiple systems at the same time. In one motion, I can affect your integumentary System (skin), Fascia (connective tissue that encases everything and connects everything to everything), muscles, organs, nerves, vessels, joints, and so on and so forth, all the way to even affecting your emotions.

In my experience, a lot of places offer different prices for different services. Where you pay more for a deep tissue, and the therapist performs deep heavy pressure techniques throughout the entire session. I honestly believe that nobody needs deep work over the entire body, and in places where you don't need it, it may damage tissue. That's why I believe at having one set price for most services, and using an integrative therapy of combining different modalities to fit the session to your needs.
