I have been practicing massage full time for 13 years, since graduating from Body Wisdom Massage Therapy School in Des Moines, IA in 2005. I specialize in Deep Tissue and Sports massage, with additional certifications in Neuromuscular (Trigger Point) Therapy, Myofascial and Positional Release. These techniques allow me to effectively treat a wide variety of aches and pains. Some common issues I treat are carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatic nerve pain, and general neck/shoulder pain. Whether you are looking for a relaxing massage or pain management, I can accommodate you with a customized massage tailored specifically for your needs.

Sharing my knowledge of massage and the human body is one of my greatest passions, and I am honored to help those needing relief from their physical ailments.
