Kimiyo is one of rare massage therapists who integrates Western and Eastern massage modalities due to her unique back ground - she spent half of her life in Japan where acupressure massage is naturally part of daily life and and the other half in USA.  She also learned and practiced Orthopedic Massage, not just as a theory but first-hand experience by going through torn rotator cuff and subsequent frozen shoulder rehabilitation.

Kimiyo is the most skilled practitioner I have ever been to. She is so deliberate in everything she does to target every problem area you report. She'll find tightness in areas you would have never expected and has a deep understanding of body mechanics. If you are looking for a massage to truly work on problem areas (and not one just for relaxation) you will not be disappointed!
